salvation in endless dread
by entering the netherworld
and joining the undead.
The neverending cycle
can be broken for good
by offering a sacrifice
and spilling their own blood.
Their bodies will serve as nourishment
for the spirits of darkness.
Their souls will serve as soldiers
for the army of the dead.

with the essence of decay.

it waits for a host to possess.
This way it can descend
into the realm of darkness.

they take the form of your fears.

The blood of the living is spread across the surface.
The smell of rotting corpses is spread across the air.
The spirit lays its host,
where thousands lay before.
The horrors approach from every direction.
They hunger for living flesh and blood.
The sacrificial stone,
surrounded by death and decay.
They rip and tear the tissue from the body
until nothing else is left but a lifeless pile of bones.
The blood is collected in a cauldron
where it will be used to summon forth the evil blackened soul.
The spirit lays its host,
where thousands lay before.
The horrors approach from every direction.
They hunger for living flesh and blood.
And it rises
as a spirit of darkness,
a harbinger of doom.
And it rises
as a horror of the night,
a champion of death.
And it will return
to the lands above
to reap mortal souls.

Majestic, intricate, and atmospheric melodic black metal. The melodies throughout this album are infectious. The vocals are quite varied (there is a wide array of harsh timbres, but there are also pleasing cleans); the guitar work is complex, layered and rich with innovative riffs; the bass sits in a good spot in the mix; the programmed drums are well done; and the keyboards add a mystical grandeur throughout this album.

Being totally new to this fantastic Black Metal project & the latest album "Relatos de Angustia", I decided dig deeper & went for their debut full length. Wow! What a stunning project this is! The music is very tight & does not mess around at all. Plus the lyrics & the agression of that the last song "Nefasto Calvario" are something else entirely! If they could reach out of whichever screen you are reading this from & rip your face off, I am sure they would! Highly recommended!!!
